I have been working with Dave and his team for close to three years and 5 transactions. He has sold two properties for me and both have sold very quickly for excellent prices with no issues. He has also found me three properties that I have purchased and all three have been home runs. Dave has an excellent knowledge of the real estate market and has a great intuition for what to put in an offer. Great at first then it was a revolving door of his staff. Very inconsistent customer relations. I should have gotten a better sale price.
