Dave came highly recommend to us. From the start he listened to why we wanted to sell and our timeline. He guided us through the process as it had been 44 years since we last sold. He was able to hold our hand when a few issues arouse and got the right people in to correct the problem. His knowledge was invaluable. Dave also helped us purchase our next home. Once again he was able to guide us and made the purchase easy and seamless. Even with my hubby being out of town and doing it via Skype.
