If you're looking for honest nonsense agent, david is your agent. other agents has Assessed my property, above the market value to win my listing. david explained why it is not a good idea. Based on his suggestion we listed it and within 90 days we sold our property. 1 month later similar condo in our area sold for $25,000 less of what we sold ours. my family is very happy . We defiantly will use and recommend him to all who we know.
