We had one week to find our home and we could not have chosen a better agent for the task. I think the best way to describe her is that she feels like a trusted family friend. We had long days and many houses to see but Dawna came prepared with snacks for us and a good sense of humour. She knew what to look for when viewing the homes and she had a great knowledge of the housing market. I appreciated her honesty and her ability to negotiate and advocate for us. Had we not have found a home that week, I had 100% trust in Dawna to help us virtually -which says a lot! However, in the end, we found a beautiful home that we are both so happy with. Dawna goes above and beyond for her clients, even picking up the forgotten items at our hotel for us. I would recommend her to anyone buying a home in HRM!

Dawna was best we could ask for. Being out of province she took care of everything including finding a lawyer for the transaction. She was always available to answer our questions.
