Dawna helped our family through selling the family home. Most of us had never sold a home recently and was unfamilar with all the procedures involved.There was some sadness in having to sell the home. She was very compassionate, professional and knowledgable about all the details involved. We were kept up to date in a very timely manner regarding any offers and all the paper work involved. Dawna Candelora is one of the best agents in the Halifax area, and all of Nova Scotia for a reason. She is highly organized, personable, knowledgeable and provides excellent advice and recommendations to her buyers and sellers. We have had her as a selling agent twice and buying agent once and every time her services have been outstanding. I highly recommend her for anyone thinking of selling or buying in the HRM, especially if you are Military or a Government of Canada employee conducting a cost-move.
