Dawn & Petra were highly recommended to me by a close friend and neighbour whom had them sell their home. I found them perfect in every way, Dawn happened to be on holidays for most of the days my home was on the market so most of my contact and needs were performed by Petra, she did a tremendous job of staging my house as I had given a lot of the furniture away to family. She sold off the few final items and gave me the proceeds in cash. I will be highly recommending them to friend's who wish to sell in the future.

Dawn, with whom I primarily worked, was excellent to work with - extremely knowledgeable and helpful! She often did more than was required. Dawn and Petra were great to work with. They were quick to arrange showings for us and extremely patient explaining how stratas worked. We happened to stumble upon a condo that was for sale by owner. Having no experience buying from a for sale by owner Dawn worked on our behalf on getting the contract signed. They took care of everything for us right down to supplying change of address postcards and the stamps to go with them. It was a joy working with such professional, hard working courteous people.
