We faced the task of selling an elderly parent's large house with a pool. The mind-boggling part was that we were detained in another province, until two weeks before listing. Debra somehow made the process incremental, orderly, and smooth. Debra guided us through every possible challenge, with a multitude of referrals to necessary services, to aid in our absence. She produced spectacular marketing materials, including stunning photos. (Those were in part possible, by her effort to spend hours cleaning pine needles out of grooves around the pool.) The result was a bidding war that led, within two days, to a sale agreement over the listing price, with minor conditions. The sale became unconditional in just over one week. Debra's experience, professionalism, diligence, and understanding made all this possible. She turned a daunting experience into a rewarding one.

Deb Duncan and the Craig Adam team welcomed us to a new city over twelve years ago. She helped us find our home and helped us settle in to a new community, above and beyond our expectations. The best part was Deb was not finished with us at the purchase closing...she stayed in contact with us through out our time in Regina.
