Denis was amazing. Right from the first time we met we knew Denis would be the one to sell our home and he did it in less than a week with all the COVID problems we have. All his suggestions were great, and his marketing and negotiating were what we needed and he was always there to guide us on what we needed to do. Definitely will recommend him to all our friends and family.

It was the first time I ever sold my house and I was very nervous. Denis was patient and very informative and told me exactly what to do to get my house ready and was exceptional in his marketing and negotiations. He sold my house in under 50 days and we had a lot of showings and he sold my house for above asking price.
