We used Derek to sell our house and purchase another. Derek is very knowledgable about the Kelowna real estate market and takes the time to educate you. He is personable, has a no pressure sales approach and, I think, genuinely wants to find the right house for you. One trait that stands out is his responsiveness, he always gets back to you in a timely manner, you are never left wondering when you will get a response. I highly recommend Derek for your next real estate transaction (buy or sell) and will definitely use him for our next one.
