Diane was a true professional in handling the sale of our house on Pender Island! She was able to get it sold way over what we were expecting, with multiple offers coming in on the second or third day on the market! If you think that this was because it was priced too low, it wasn’t. I was thinking 689 or so and with her professional experience, Diane suggested we list it higher at 725, which we did. Still got way over asking within days because we worked together to have it show like the diamond in the rough that it was. Thanks a million Diane!!

Who else would show up at your place before sunrise on a cold November morning, to observe and learn while the septic system was being inspected? That's dedication....
