I worked with Tyler in the last few months for the purchase of my first home. I have decided to hold off for a bit on the purchase. None the less, that being said.... Hands down she’s an amazing realtor. She works hard for her clients, She knows the ins and outs about the industry and market trends. She is great at educating and communicating the info to her clients. she really Helps the buyers/sellers make informed decisions with the process. We had an unbeleivably positive experience with Caitlin Fike of the Dione Irwin Team. Simply put she delivered beyond outstanding services in all these categories and then some. She actually networked to sell our home while it was off market - we needed a break from the stress of showings with 2 toddlers, but she kept working to see if the home world be a fit for any clients. And it worked! Caitlin also helped us get our asking price in a very tumultuous market. She was involved in every step of posting our home from the initial sitdown to the pictures, through the inspection and waiving of final conditions. There was never a "what now" free fall feeling - she worked to be one step ahead constantly. She also gave amazing, frank, realistic advice while we shopped for our new home. She had fanatastic rules of thumb that made our decision process much easier. There is a saying that you should never ask a sales person for advice because they will always agree with you in order to rush the sale. Caitlin is simply not that person. She genuinely cared about the purchase of our next home and she honestly felt as emotionally involved as we were. Great staging, great marketing, great communication! No complaints whatsoever

Our realtor paid attention our needs as a young family. She had a great eye for detail when it came to preparing our home for showing. No detail was missed. Our home was on the market on a Friday evening and by Sunday night we had 2 competing offers and our house was sold for full asking. I’d trust this team with the sale of my next home when the time comes.
