Worked with Dmitry Loktev, and honestly, it was a really good experience. He’s super easy to talk to, always answers fast, and explains things in a normal way (not realtor “sales talk”). What I liked most is that he’s proactive — he’d send info ahead of time, remind us what’s coming next, and we never felt like we’re guessing or chasing him. Also, he can negotiate. When it came to offers / back-and-forth, he handled it calmly and smart, and we ended up with terms we were genuinely happy with. Overall: nice guy, easygoing, always there, and just very solid to work with. I’d 100% recommend Dmitry if you need a realtor in Nanaimo / Vancouver Island.
