Doro was great to work with. She gave us good pricing advice to meet our needs of a quick sale. She was direct in her communications and set a timetable that suited our needs. She gave good advice on staging the property enhancing its marketable properties while downplaying its undesirable features. She did a good job of creating interest in our property and getting it seen. When it came down to negotiation with prospective buyers she managed to get us the deal we wanted. I don’t know if there could have been a better outcome given the circumstances and I am very happy to have gone with Doro. She works hard and I would recommend her to anybody looking to sell a house.

<p>Working with Doro was a breath of fresh air. She is so positive and really helped us make a plan together on how best to price and market our property to get it sold fast. Our acreage had been on the market for 5 months previously with no offers. We followed her advice and took it off the market for a few weeks while we staged the house and decluttered etc to get it in tip-top shape. She really made us understand what buyers look for and we worked hard to make that happen. After 5 days we had two full ask offers, which was amazing. We highly recommend working with Doro.
