Dusko is the most dedicated, passionate and hard working person I've had the pleasure to work with. He is unbelievably prompt in communication, documentation and very knowledgable. His background in construction really helped me and partner in getting to know about the issues in many homes we saw. Dusko's analysis and market research is par none and not just regarding real estate but also economic factors. He always took the time to give his honest thoughts on each listing. Was available day and night with the hundreds of questions i had. Showed us tons of houses, even managing to get us into showings at the last minute. In the end, he helped us buy a great home and negotiated with the seller's team to get our offer accepted. He helped relieve all the anxiety we had as first time homebuyers purchasing from out of town. We were lucky to have him representing us and cannot recommend him enough!
