Dustin worked with my sister and I on our first investment property. He was exceptionally helpful to us around the investment process/legalization of duplex and continues to support us as we determine how plans for the property. He is exceptionally professional, always available and very knowledgeable. We will absolutely use him again!

My partner and I recently had the pleasure of working with Dustin Forrester and we couldn’t be more pleased with his help finding our first home. From the start, Dustin was extremely responsive and honest in answering our questions. If he didn’t know something he would do the work to find an answer for us. Dustin took us through multiple properties and ultimately found us the perfect home that we ended up purchasing. We had a few challenges along the way and Dustin was there every step of the way to providing valuable advice and/or solutions that mitigated what could have been a nightmare buying experience.
