Selling our home in Bible Hill Nova Scotia was like riding a roller coaster from May to October/25. We were almost ready to give up on putting together a realistic deal. Dylan kept up our hopes by remaining positive that our house would sell. He promised us that it would. Finally, after the 4th open house his prediction came through, sold. Can't thank Dylan enough for his attention to timely details and keeping our spirits up during a difficult time for us. Thanks for everything Dylan. We strongly recommend you to anyone else in Nova Scotia that is looking for a real estate agent that gets the sale done in the most difficult situations.

I really can't say enough positive things about my experience with Dylan, but I'll provide this summary to give it a shot. First off, I came across Dylan randomly. I was new to the area I was looking in so I was a total stranger to him. Pretty sure I messaged him out of the blue and he responded within less than an hour, possibly less than 30 minutes. I could instantly tell I was in good hands, he just gives you that feeling of confidence on contact and it turns out to be genuine. He is patient and understanding and I think really looks at your transaction as if it was a transaction that was going to impact him or someone close to him - by that I mean he really puts himself in your shoes. So, a bit more and in point form: Dylan is a wealth of knowledge on the areas he serves - varying property taxes, upcoming construction in the area, nearby rentals or schools or other institutions that may impact your life post-sale, he has that info. He lives in the area himself and knows the day to day flow, this isn't someone dropping in from outside to take advantage of a growing market. He is responsive, patient, kind, and genuinely I think just a really good human. Thinks of all angles of the purchase, wants you to have the best bang for your buck and looks at purchase satisfaction in the moment, but also what the purchase may mean down the road as an investment. I'm sure im forgetting things, but I really think if you're looking for a realtor and youre considering Dylan, your search is over. A+ experience. Can't say enough positive things. Also one other thing I appreciated. He doesn't over promise and under deliver. He's a busy man, he won't commit to something and then text to say he has to reschedule. He's extremely organized and professional.
