We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Eddie. From day 1, Eddie was extremely responsive and had great suggestions for what we needed to do to sell our home. All throughout the negotiations and closing Eddie was there quickly handling any issues that may have risen. If the time ever comes when I will be looking for a new home or selling again, there isn't any question on who my Realtor will be!

Eddie as our buyer’s agent was always 150% there for us in a difficult seller’s market for acreages. His knowledge, education, and God-like negotiation skills can assess the psychology of the seller and create value outside of price alone, which I believe is the reason our offer got accepted in a fiercely competitive multi offer situation. After the home inspection Eddie insisted we request a significant price decrease even though we were happy with the list of deficiencies identified and the price we offered. Eddie got on it and the price decrease was accepted - he THE ONLY REALTOR I have met who takes his fiduciary duty this serious even when everyone is already happy with the deal. His contacts in the industry are all equally as professional as Eddie, his recommended mortgage broker, home inspector, and lawyer all redefined what the gold standards for the industry should be. If you are not calling Eddie, you are making an immense mistake. I believe there are different levels of realtors and Eddie is a first-class professional while being exceptionally humble.
