I came to know Eric Hutz by chance in a cold-call conversation. My husband and I happened to be informally looking to purchase an investment property. Over the course of our conversation, Eric proved to be personable and knowledgeable. My husband and I decided to pursue the relationship with Eric and moved forward with a pre-built sale. Because of unforeseen circumstances in the building process, due to Covid-19 and supply-chain issues, our pre-built completion dates were extended by 10 months. Over the course of the 10-month process, Eric Hutz was in our corner every step of the way. Every email was answered immediately, every phone call returned expeditiously, and he went the extra mile to inform us of information that we didn’t even know to ask. In the end, Eric Hutz proved himself to live up to my initial impression of being personal and knowledgeable, and yet also managed to exceed my expectations by demonstrating over the course of a year’s relationship to be reliable, responsive, and ultimately the consummate professional.
