I found Erin to be very professional and very knowledgeable about the market in my city. Erin did a complete evaluation of my condo and then gave me her recommendation on how much I should list the condo for. As every homeowner likes to think their place is worth more than it really is, I told Erin to list it for more than she recommended. The condo then sat for about one month with not one showing. I decided to adjust the price to what Erin suggested and the showings started. I sold my condo for almost exactly what she said. I think that was excellent in these pandemic times. When my fiancé and I were looking for a home to buy, Erin knew exactly what we were looking for. We did look at a several places and she was very patient as we took our time looking at each of the homes. She also gets back to you right away. If a home came up for sale and we called her for a showing, she set it up to fit our schedule. It seems she is always working. She is very pleasant and enjoyable to work with. I think she had our best interest in mind the entire time we were searching for our new home. I would definitely use her again.

Erin guided my partner and I through the process of selling two homes and jointly purchasing another. All this was accomplished within a time frame, of less than a month! She was knowledgeable about all aspects of the real estate process, and was able to answer any and all questions we put to her, on the spot. She knows her stuff! Erin was always punctual for viewings and showings, and prompt( usually within the hour,) in responding to our calls or texts. She displayed excellent communication and negotiation skills, and we so appreciated her guidance in keeping us informed of "next steps," throughout the process of selling and buying. She was professional, yet personable, and has excellent relationship building skills.This was not only demonstrated by her interactions with us, but also by the relationships she has with real estate collaterials, such as lawyers, brokers, movers, etc. In other words, people whose services and expertise, we needed along the way. My partner and I are seniors, and the prospect of undertaking these moves, was daunting. Erin made the entire experience, seamless,and much less stressful, than it might otherwise have been. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a real estate professional.

Erin listed our home just before Covid-19 hit. No one could have predicted the outcome on the market ! But Erin was always positive and always kept us in the loop on what the market was or wasn't doing ! We successfully sold our home and we are now in the process of seeking a new home with Erin !!

We actually used Rank MyAgent as part of our decision-making. Erin's reviews were consistently outstanding, so we already had some confidence going in. After meeting her and seeing her market valuation was very realistic, we felt even more confident that she would be the right fit for us. Our house was only on the market 8 days before we had an offer. Her advice on counter-offers was well-reasoned and in the end, we were able to quickly negotiate a sale for 96% of our asking price. She knows the market and has a great grasp of the psychology of both buyers and sellers. We can't praise her enough! (Although I'm not sure when she sleeps...)

I am very happy with Erin. Pleasant, professional, hard-working. She kept me up to date on what was happening with my property at a difficult time in the market. When an offer came in she walked me through the process & answered all my questions. I would highly recommend her!
