We would like to recommend Estevan for his help to get our first home in Canada. As new comers, we had several questions and doubts, because buying a house in Canada is very different than Brazil, our home land. Estevan was always ready to patiently explain or happy to search an answer for our questions. We visited and made an offer on many houses, but the house we got was definitely the best option for us and Estevan worked hard in the final negotiation to help us saving money and get the best deal possible. Estevan also recommended other professionals, like mortgage broker, home inspector and lawyer, who we had also a great experience. In summary, Estevan is a excellent professional and a really nice guy always in a good mood and therefore we strongly recommend him.
