My husband and I worked with Frances in 2008 when we purchased our first home. When we finally outgrew it 8.5 years later, it was a no-brainer to return as repeat clients. This time around, we worked with Frances for the sale of our first home, and with Michael Ferianec for the purchase of our new home. Frances had great recommendations for the photos and staging of our home. She walked us through the process step by step, and answered any questions we had along the way. We were confident in her experience and professionalism. Michael spent a great deal of time assisting us with some research and statistics prior to the purchase of our newhome. He spent a great deal of time organizing and accompanying us on viewings, and was helpful and knowledgeable. We had a great experience with the Urban Upgrade Team, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

What an amazing experience it was working with Frances Dares and the Urban Upgrade Team!!! My wife and I were put in touch with Frances through a corporate relocation group as a result of a recent transition to a new role with my company. The entire Urban Upgrade team most especially Frances went WAY above and beyond in assisting my wife and I with the sale of our home. Everything from the initial contact to the marketing plan developed, professional photos taken and ultimately facilitating the 12 - 18 showings and ultimate sale of our home all within a 2 week period was absolutely world class! The flexibility to conference call my wife and I in to the same conversation regardless of the time of day or evening as a result of me needing to start work in the new destination and enabling electronic signatures on all documents made the process 100% seamless, efficient and out of this world convenient. Frances, you made this process easy and comfortable for Amanda and I which we can't thank you enough for!!! Our only regret was that we couldn't work with the Urban Upgrade team and you specifically in the community which we moved to and assist us with the purchase of a new home. Amanda and I 100% would recommend Frances and the Urban Upgrade team to anyone in Calgary and Area that even have an inkling of entering the real estate market whether it be purchasing or selling!!!

This is my third time using Fran both for selling and purchasing in the span of 12 years- She has my loyalty. Thank you Fran!
