She has an eye for detail which is a great asset in preparing and staging a home for selling, as well as spotting potential concerns when evaluating whether a house is worth considering for purchase. She worked tirelessly to help us find a home that fit our needs, and when selling she was already drumming up interest before the listing was active, and had offers coming in before it was even online! Fran did her utmost to ensure we were well supported, even offering recommendations for lawyers, brokers and home inspectors. To sum up, Fran is an excellent realtor.
