As a first time buyer, I was expecting the process of buying to be difficult. Fraser made it unbelievably easy. I asked him if he would be my realtor on Friday and told him what I was looking for. By Saturday morning he already had 6 viewings set up for us. One of them was our dream apartment! He went to bat for us and we had an accepted offer for well under asking by the following Tuesday! He combed through the strata docs and made sure no surprises were waiting for us. The notary who did the transfer said she’d never seen such a clean title. He got us set up with a mortgage broker who got us an incredible 5 year fixed rate. The process could not have been easier. Fraser did all the heavy lifting and we just sat back and watched him make our dreams come true. If you want the smoothest possible path to buying your first home, Fraser is the realtor for you. Seriously.

We can't say enough about how wonderful our experience was having Fraser handle the sale of our condo in Vancouver. At a tough time for condo sales, he poured lots of energy and enthusiasm into the process and got it done! He attended every showing and was extremely patient with us when we had our doubts. He was respectful in every aspect and without a doubt, extremely professional at all times. We highly recommend him!
