As the real estate business can be a frustrating, and potentially debilitating experience for folks, it is important to voice when there are realtors that can be trusted and make the stressful process feel secure and enjoyable. My partner and I were not interested buying another home, as we were completely content where we were with plans of upgrading with renovations in the long term. We purchased our house three years ago, with a plan. However,out of the blue, we saw a listing that changed everything. Through a referral from a trusted friend, we met Gail to view the home that caught our eye. Through a unforeseeable circumstance we fell in love with the house we viewed and began our journey to achieving our dream! Gail imminently made us feel comfortable, and spoke to us as she would her own family. She validated our concerns and provided informative knowledge, with her years of experience. She readily was on call to answer our many questions and guided us through the many decision that were ahead. Gail went above and beyond to list our home and get it on the market in a very short time frame. We managed to be able purchase our dream home with their recommendations at lower then asking price, and felt confident in their abilities quickly to work in our best interest. Besides sharing many laughs, we were always calmed by the team duo’s effortless ability to provide excellent services. Gail got down to business and their work ethic stretched 24 hours a day. It was beyond anything we would expect. We appreciated her honest, to the point advice, while also maintaining ethical professionalism and kindness. Gail stated to us on day that we met, she believed her clients “should be treated like family” and that is exactly what we experienced. From helping us land the dream home to finalizing a firm, closing sale of our house in under 10 days, the impossible was accomplished. We cannot thank Gail enough. Despite the unfortunate health pandemic that has occurred in the later days of March 2020, our goals were reached. We were not only under pressure for time, as selling and buying a home at once can be a risk but also pressure for everyone’s health to move quickly. Gail was an excellent help and gave us exactly what we needed. She would work around our schedule and be available during crunch times. We offered on many properties before we nailed one down and she always had everything prepared and ready to go each time. Fantastic woman providing excellent service.
