Gary helped my mother sell her house after living in it for over 50 years. I decided to contact Gary after reading the reviews for about a dozen agents in close proximity to my Mom's house. Gary seemed like a winner so I invited him over to meet my Mom. After meeting with Gary and discussing with my Mom, we decided to hire Gary. Gary was very reasonable to work with and he is very much a professional. Prior to the house going on the market Gary was able to bring in a potential buyer from another agent in his office. They placed an offer substantially over the asking price which we felt was very reasonable, so we accepted. Gary continued to provide prompt and professional service until the sale was complete. We highly recommend him. Bonus points that he drives a Tesla.
