Georgiana helped us buy our first home and we cannot say enough good things about her and her work! Each step of the way Georgiana was able to answer any questions that we had, as well as teach us about all of the many factors that we just weren't fully aware of (being our first home purchase) The market was quite frustrating for us while trying to find a home that would suit our needs, as there were multiple bidding wars and houses selling 125k+ over asking. Georgiana went above and beyond with searching for additional homes to go see on showing days, and finally found us a perfect home that checked off all of our wants. Georgiana has also helped so many of our friends and family find houses. Every single one of us have all been so happy with her work and would all recommend her as a realtor!
