This was my third time working with Ginny - one purchase and two sales - and she’s been incredible every time. She sold our downtown Victoria condo most recently in just two weeks for the price we wanted. The beautiful staging and marketing made all the difference. Even though we now live across the country, Ginny went above and beyond to handle everything smoothly. She’s trustworthy, communicative, and always has her clients best interests at heart.

We sold our house in less than a week at a price several thousand above what we were originally asking. Ginny communicated with us constantly in the process of setting the price, staging the house, accessing necessary professionals for needed work, communicating with us about offers, and responding to conditions set by the provisional buyer. I would thoroughly recommend her to other sellers.

Ginny was excellent at keeping me informed as I lived out of town while the property was listed. She was great at finding trades to help me get the house ready. She assisted me with some of the hands on stuff I couldn’t do from a distance. She is professional and accommodating. I highly recommend her.

Ginny is an outstanding realtor, and I would recommend her very highly. I had a very unique property and she did a great deal of research finding current market values and property values of homes similar to mine. Given this we were able to price and negotiate accordingly. Ginny made me aware of everything that was going on and given her communication skills the process went smoothly. She listened to my thoughts, feelings, and was honest in every way. Ginny’s professionalism and communication skills were incredible. I felt totally confident and at ease with her. She was always available to me by phone, text and in person. I never felt like I was on my own. Ginny never let me down. From the research she did, to staging, photos, selling, negotiating and buying a new home. I couldn’t be happier! Ginny is not only a very professional and skilled realtor she is an amazing genuine person.
