We really enjoyed working with Glenn for our first house purchase. He was friendly, knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. He always did his best to help us arrange viewings in a timely manner, which was difficult given the COVID-19 situation. On the property, he would do a good mix of guiding us around and letting use look on our own. He would always interact with the seller’s agent to get a little more information about the property and how it was doing on the market. After each viewing, he would always review what we saw with him. His knowledge about construction methods and identifying deficiencies helped us a great deal in our search in eliminating homes from our search. He would list out the Pros and Cons he noticed as we looked at the property and helped us identify what features were important to us. We feel he did a great job helping us find properties to look at as well as getting us in to see the properties we found on our own. We would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell property.
