Glenn is a great realtor. He understands the market and worked in getting us the best deal as we sold our house. We also had him help in our search to purchase and he was diligent, consistent and practical in how he searched and recommended properties. With all the stories you hear about self-interest and underhand issues from realtors, Glenn is in a top league and I would definitely work with him again and recommend him to anyone.

We used Glenn Herring when we moved to Calgary in 2008 and again when upgrading homes in 2018. Glenn was personable,accommodating and knowledgeable about industry/market conditions. Glenn was upfront and honest about the market conditions and helped us map out a strategy to maximize the market potential when buying and selling our homes.
