<p>Gord goes above and beyond to help make buying and selling easier. We originally met Gord looking for advice on Port Moody rentals but instead, he found us a great affordable townhouse to buy. After 3 years, Gord sold our townhouse for over our asking price! He helped make the sale time easier on us by arranging everything, including cleaning, staging and gardening, and even found us a great handyman to fix a few things. He is honest in his advice, reliable and knows the area extremely well. I would highly recommend Gord if you are looking to buy or sell.</p>
