Govind is the best realtor he made our buying experience very easy helped us find what we we’re looking for. He’s very professional.

This was the second time we used Govind to help us sell a property and once again he was excellent to deal with. He replied to emails and phone calls promptly, explained everything each step of the way, and made the process go smoothly in general.

Govind and his team were really great to work with. We are from Vancouver and relied heavily on Govind for his knowledge of the West Kelowna area. He also went to visit all of the places to take photos and videos to send us so that we would not need to be there in person. Govind was very helpful to us in navigating the hot market, and not making too high of offers just to get a place. He helped us find a great investment property at a price that stayed within our budget. His team also helped us with the transition from closure to getting our tenants in, which was very helpful since we were in Vancouver.

Govind made the process of selling our home very easy for us and we feel he had a great plan on how to market the property.

I have had the pleasure of working with Govind over the past 4 years. We have purchased three properties in Kelowna through him and as of Sept this year, we have sold two of those. Our most recent purchase was a Large Vineyard site in West Kelowna. Govind know the market very well, whether we are looking at condos, duplexes and multi-family sites, and also ALR properties.
