During the unpredictability and multiple bid offers situations during the pandemic, we were able to find the RIGHT house and negotiated a price within our budget. He worked hard, went to multiple house showings and was able to provide valuable considerations when looking at a property. Furthermore, he's listed our townhouse and was able to market it quickly. We were able to sell just over one weekend with multiple offers. It was simply and seamless experience. I would recommend Graeme to my friends and family as our go-to realtor!
