Greg is a very professional, proactive, and knowledgeable real estate agent. He's also very compassionate towards his clients. Everyone's situation is different when it comes to selling and buying properties. For us, the timing to sell our house before moving to our new built home was extremely sensitive. We contacted Greg and he came to visit us the next day to discuss strategies. The following day at 5:30 am, he emailed us with a plan that included a staging appointment, photo and video shoot, and when the house would go live on the market. Everything was done within 7 days and we sold our home within 3 weeks. It takes time to build trust and such a relationship, but I strongly recommend Greg to anyone who needs results without any hassle. He will deliver beyond your expectations, as he has done for our family numerous times. Good luck if you're searching for the right agent, but don't waste too much time on it because you won't know until you deal with them.
