Me and my wife were looking for our first home in Ontario and started the process when we were still living in BC. We searched online and after reading all good reviews, we contacted Mr. Gyanesh Paliwal. In our first phone call, he explained all the processes and first steps towards our home and asked us to get in touch with him once moved to ON. We connected on Zoom call once we reached ON and right from that moment he was very supportive and explained about our expectations and reality of real estate market. He guided us through the process since we had very less knowledge when we started. He and his team member Pankaj Bajaj helped us and given all sort of knowledge and information that we could have asked for about the market.
