Hardip helped us buy a brand new pre-construction home that we will be successfully closing soon. This was a one stop shop. Hardip helped us arrange a mortgage, he helped arrange a lawyer, and he dealt with the builder directly. He was able to negotiate with the builder to get us more upgrades for a better price and was able to add clauses into the agreement that we thought were impossible. We would highly recommend Hardip if you are looking to invest in pre-construction or any investment properties.
