We got connected with him over some search websites, so no personal referral or connections. And we still ended up buying with him. Wondering why? Because he holds all the values or skills you are looking into your family realtor. We closed a deal with him over the call, we pushed him for viewings & he tried to squeezed a lot of appointment with sellers. There was a change in plan of buying & he still supported us in all of our decisions & luckily we did closing on scheduled date. We don't have any plans in next 5-7 years but we definitely wants to work with him in future. And yes, if he recommends someone, you can trust them as well.
