Harman was everything I expected out of a real estate professional. He covered every detail, followed up regularly, and provided good guidance and recommendations throughout the purchase. I did the purchase while being in India. I would engage him again and recommend him to everyone, looking to buy or sell. He is first class.

Harman is an truly an amazing realtor. He helped us with the purchase of retail unit in Windsor and it was best experience compared to last one with our community realtor. He was very detailed, punctual and organized with the showings.

I have been working with Harman for over 7 years. This year we bought our 4th mutli unit investment with using our 3rd property as down payment. I love the way Harman explain us and takes care of mortgages. He helped us with refinancing. First I thought he was joking but then we met his team of contractors, handy men, mortgage agents and lawyers. He is always professional and always acting in the best interest of his clients. Harman also has a keen eye for details and the properties he list and advertise always look good inside and out! I must say he is the best realtor we could find for multi unit investments and sales.

Harman is top professional and kept us always and in detail up to date duringt the process of selling our home which was successfully closed in Toronto in August 2020. His excellent advise before the listing and constantly good information during the listing time and at the time of picking a buyer led to a successful sale. Harman was wonderful to work with!! After a poor experience with another agent, Harman was a breath of fresh air. We worked with another agent for over 6 months and felt like we were getting no where. After working with harman for just 6 DAYS we had seen multiple houses, made an offer, and had the seller accept. 18 days after that, we had keys in hand!!! harman was incredibly responsive every time we had a question and did a great job of walking us through the process. As first time home buyers, this really helped to put our minds at ease. The first time we sat down with Harman he went over with us, in detail, how the process would work and made us aware of things that, up until that point, we hadn't known about. He brought great references to the table for mortgage options, inspections, etc., but never pushed us to use anyone he recommended. He was also great about working around our schedule, got us back in to see the house, on Labor Day, one last time before we made our final offer, and was in constant communication with us over the course of his entire holiday weekend. He was great to work with through the entire process and even continued to make sure every 'i' was dotted and 't' was crossed even after we closed. All around he was a pleasure to work with and my husband and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, friendly, patient, reliable, trustworthy real estate agent!
