We had used Heather-Anne previously, and when we made the move back to the area, there was no doubt that we would ask for her help again. Heather-Anne was more than accommodating with our very demanding schedule. We were moving from out of province, flew into the city and had only 2 days to find the perfect home with a very short possession date. She had several houses lined up for showings as soon as we arrived. As we were looking at houses, she was constantly in contact with the other agents, trying to find a suitable home. We were getting discouraged during a very stressful time, but she remained positive throughout the weekend. By the time we left 48 hours later, she had found us the perfect home that really exceeded our needs and expectations. She was accommodating, professional and dedicated to helping us. I would fully recommend her services and expertise!!!

Heather-Anne made our experience super easy considering the sellers market we were dealing with. She was basically at our beck and call at all hours, even the late evenings where you’re sitting on the couch and random thoughts cross your mind you want to ask her. She has a lot of years in the real estate game and it shows because there wasn’t any question she didn’t have an answer for and if she wanted to double check anything she was very quick to do so. Heather was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was very calm and collected going through the process of purchasing and buying with us even though the real estate scene was extremely different than what we are used to. We have purchased and sold homes before but not in the present economy where you can sell a home on the day that it’s listed, even get into a bidding war when purchasing.
