Heather Angel is an understanding, thoughtful and thorough, professional real estate agent. Rapidly changing situations with COVID19, and our need to purchase a home, could have been a disaster, if not for her ability to change gears and present different ideas and solutions to our dilemma. We began working over the phone and online with Heather, as we lived in another province. When we came to the Okanagan to view potential homes, Heather was instrumental in organizing all aspects of our journey towards purchasing a home. Her thoughtfulness and generosity was above and beyond any experience we have ever had dealing with real estate, buying or selling. Her personal touches, homemade cookies, bottled water, and healthy snacks, were so appreciated when there were only drive throughs available. Most impressive, was her honesty and integrity. Heather was recommended to us by a long time friend, who knew our morals and values, and that we weren’t interested in game playing or wasting time. You will be impressed with the quality of service, her wonderful personality, and the efforts she goes to, to get the job done!

Ive dealt with many realtors over the years but none of them treated me and my family with the love and care that we received from Heather. It’s been almost a year since I took possession of my home and I still receive cards phone calls and an assortment of treats from Heather no matter the occasion. My experience using Heather Angel as my listing agent was nothing short of outstanding. Prior to my listing I would consistently see her on weekends doing open house for her clients. She was always well prepared and could answer any question I asked her about the property. When I decided to interview agents to list my property we spoke on the phone and I gave her the details of my property along with the improvements that had been done. She was one of the few agents that came totally prepared with current market information and true comparables to my home. During the process she delivered on everything that she promised. She was engaged, sincere and her follow-up was immediate. My house sold after several rounds of negotiations for almost full asking price. She did what she said she would do.
