She is very knowledgeable and on top of things when it comes to getting everything finalized for the purchase. Our buying & selling process was very fast and overwhelming but Heather helped us every step of the way! She was was available when we had questions and advocated for us in all aspects of the process.

Buying and selling a house is a very emotional journey. People often lose sight of that when it is about property, timing, money all those physical things that come with change. Heather was not only a professional and experienced realtor whom we could trust implicitly for her honesty, integrity and thoroughness, she was also an incredible emotional support. Selling our home of 32 years was emotional, not just physical, and I felt supported by her all the way through the process. The experience was happening so fast that it was hard to process at times. I was so beautifully and wonderfully supported in all aspects and that is the most important thing about anyone for me, let alone trusting a realtor dealing with one your biggest decisions in life, whether buying or selling. I don't know if this is a significant criteria for top-agent but it should be! I would award her that if it was in my power to do so. Thank you Heather!

Heather was fantastic to deal with, came above and beyond prepared for our first meeting and helped us through what is always an insanely stressful time. Even after everything was done and dusted, she continued to go above and beyond for us trying to help us resolve an issue totally unrelated to the sale of our house. We moved out of province, and don't expect to be coming back, but if we ever needed to purchase a home within her area again, Heather would be my first call.
