Ian reached out to me via text. From the get go, he was really easy to talk to and understood his audience. As a first time home buyer, he didn't make me feel ignorant, or try and sweep things along quickly. He is a professional, and also an educator; with an immense amount of knowledge about the home buying and selling process. Ian was there for any questions we had, not just about the house we were going to buy, but also about all the moving parts that needed to be orchestrated on a concise timeline- outside of his realtor responsibilities. Ian recommended other professionals we needed to connect with to complete our transaction, but wasn't pushy- just helpful, and that's why I would suggest working with Ian. He is genuine and trustworthy; which when making such a big purchase, is paramount to feel that way about the professional hired to help.
