I was introduced to Ilona by the financial institution I was dealing with for my mortgage and was looking to purchase my first home. I found Ilona to be extremely helpful: not only was she always keeping up with me in regards to listings in my preference range, but she was always available to be there for me for advice, or taking me to showings, even on extremely short notice. She was very knowledgeable in her field which really helped me find the right home for me to buy. She is very easy to communicate with and a very outgoing person with an amazing personality. We shared so many great memories together over the roughly 1.5 years we worked together house shopping. From seeing beautiful houses, to some of the old history of the properties, and all the animals we encountered during showings, we’ve truly had some great experiences and memories together. She helped me close the deal to my first home very smoothly, with ease. I felt no pressure, or anxiety while working with Ilona. When the day comes I do decide to sell my house, Ilona will be the first person to receive a call. I loved working with her and can’t wait to work with her again one day. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home, she makes the process very easy through her extensive knowledge.

Working with Ilona from October through March was genuinely one of the best decisions my partner and I made. We came in with a specific goal. We wanted to find a suited home in Edmonton we could turn into a rental through house hacking, and Ilona understood exactly what we were trying to build from day one. What stood out most was her depth of knowledge. She knows Edmonton neighbourhoods inside and out, and she understands investment properties on a level most agents just don't. She was endlessly patient with us through a long search, never pushed, and it was obvious throughout that she genuinely wanted what was best for us and not just a closed deal. The biggest example of that: she flagged an environmental assessment on a property we were seriously considering, dug into it with us, and ended up saving us from buying a home sitting on toxic soil. That's the kind of thing a less thorough agent would have missed entirely, and it would have been a disaster for us. We eventually closed on a beautiful 2016 duplex with a basement suite in Bonnie Doon, and it's been everything we hoped for. Ilona went above and beyond at every stage. If you're buying your first home, your first investment property, or house hacking in Edmonton, Ilona is the agent you want in your corner. We will absolutely be using her again.
