She took all possible steps and even more to get us a very good house according to our budget, personal requirements and neighbourhood. Ina was always available when we needed her help and advice and managed to find a time slot if we wanted to see a house within a few hours. We had to participate in multiple offer presentations and we are sure that we got our house thanks to Ina, her exceptional communicational, organizational and time management skills and ability to find a special approach to every person. After closing Ina continued to communicate with us in ways that usually your realtor probably wouldn't. Feels like we have met a really great friend vs just our realtor. My agent Ina Halko was excellent! I used her services to sell my condo and buy a bigger place. She stayed on top of everything and sold my property in one day for a top dollar after I listed with her. The staging was done for free. Her photographer was very professional as well. After selling she found a new beautiful place for me that I really love. Everything was done very smoothly and with no stress. Ina is the best Realtor.
