Jacki was able to sell our house within 5 days for over asking during COVID19. She made helpful suggestions to do that would help sell the house. Offered 2 different strategies for selling the house supporting us with the strategy we chose. Communication was great, timely and very informative offering her opinion when she figured we need the guidance, which we really appreciated. Jacki has been very professional and knowledgeable, she has supported our decisions and guided us through the process of selling our house. She works very hard and we think she is up 24/7, as she was answering our question after midnight and early morning hours. We had sold our house quickly and without any problems. She also was very helpful in finding and negotiating for the rental of the townhouse we wanted to move into temporarily, until our next move.
