<p>When me and my husband Dave first purchased our condo a year ago, we hired a realtor that was well known back in the day and recommended to us for selling my moms house.<br /> Unfortunately our experience at that time around wasn't the best and we were sure that later on when we sold not to rehire.<br /> When it did come time to sell our condo a year or so later, I remember one day driving down my street, and I saw Jackie Lam signs almost every two blocks. Im almost positive I remember seeing a sign go up with her face on it every 2 weeks!<br /> I turned to Dave and said, 'this is our realtor! '<br /> Sure enough meeting Jackie became the BEST experience ever!<br /> We got along great with her and<br /> she was on the ball from the very beginning.<br /> Always returning our phone calls, or text,<br /> Always reassuring us when we had silly questions to ask,<br /> And when there were times we had a fear of not selling our place in time?<br /> I remember when voicing our concerns, and she would just laugh it off ,all confident and whatnot, and say 'il sell this, don't you worry'<br /> And sure enough, she did!<br /> Jackie Lam IS the best choice to sell your home and if you want someone to work with you , someone who actually returns your phone calls within a day, and knows what you want? Then she's your girl.<br /> I'm very happy having her represent our condo<br /> And will definitely hire her in the future!<br /> Thanks Jackie!!</p>

<p>Jacki was one of three agents we consulted with before deciding whom to represent us for selling our home. She presented herself very professionally and gave us a very detailed breakdown of the neighbourhood market situation and how we should position our home accordingly. She answered all of our questions thoroughly and pointed out things that would need to be fixed up and recommended a great home staging company to help with decor and furniture arrangement. Ultimately, given her knowledge of our neighbourhood which she strictly specializes in, we decided to hire her as our agent.</p> <p>She arranged the staging company and photographer for us as well as holding two open houses the first weekend. We only need the first weekend though, because it was sold before the second weekend came around! In less than a week she was able to get offers and negotiate favorable terms for the sale and we couldn't have been happier with the outcome.</p> <p>We would definitely recommend Jacki to anyone in the Cornell area looking to sell their home!</p>

She conducted herself very well, listened attentively to what I say and has excellent follow through - so pleasant to work with.</p> <p>Jacki knows what needs to be done. I didn't have to do anything, she took care of everything for me, which is a relief since I had been very busy! I hardly delegate responsibilities but with Jacki, I know I could trust her. She did a fantastic job and I highly recommend her!</p>
