<p>I began looking at homes in February 2020, and had my eye on one place in particular, and James helped me negotiate an offer that I was happy to accept, and as painlessly as one could hope for. But that’s not the half of it. By the time we neared our closing date at the beginning of April, the COVID pandemic hit Alberta in a big way. During a time of unparalleled uncertainty, saying that James went above and beyond is akin to calling Mount Everest a “big rock”. He did everything in his power and then some to not only make sure I could close the deal successfully as businesses were shutting down, but he even worked to move my closing ahead one week to allow me to get into my new home before the real **** hit the fan. James, you are a gem, and I thank you endlessly.</p>
