James has been absolutely fantastic through this whole experience. We've renamed him the "Mom Whisperer" as he was the voice our mom needed to hear to confirm her decisions were right and that she had his unconditional support through the whole process; for both buying a new place while also selling her own. James knowledge and experience shone through so many times that I don't know if we could have even come close to getting through this journey without him.
