We just had Jamie help us find our forever home! Then after she sold our inner city property. When we initially started looking for a new home, we'd actually started working with another realtor. We felt underserviced by this other realtor and that's when I reached out to Jamie for help. This was the most eye opening and wonderful thing we could have done. The level of dedication and passion Jamie has for her job became immediately obvious to us, as it was a complete 180 to the lack of service we'd just experienced. I don't think all realtors are created equal, not all care and work as hard as the other. Jamie is a work horse, she shows up no matter what and she is more then prepared. This market is very competitive for buyers and you have to have an edge to get the property. Jamie was that for us. When we first saw the home we just purchased, she came so prepared that she had the offer documentation ready with her in hand. We filled out and signed our initial offer to the seller, in the sellers kitchen! She helped us negotiate a deal that was more than fair to us (I feel like we came out on top to be honest). Jamie helped us close the deal and get the house off the market before the scheduled open house! I could go on and on, we just can't say enough. The cherry on the top, ended up being the sale of our home, which was beyond amazing. She gave us a couple suggestions (ie. to stage the property, which 100% paid for itself in the end) and walked us through the entire process. Jamie negotiated for us, she was on top of everything so quickly. We has many viewing scheduled right away, and we sold for 40K more than we had anticipated! Again, Jamie was negotiating hard on our behalf. We got the buyers to pay us more in the end and that is what every seller wants. There is no agent that I have worked with (and there have been a few) that has been this impressive, this dedicated and hard working. Jamie made a difference in both our purchase and sale. I can not recommend her enough to anyone in the market.
