From the day I contacted Jamie to view a listing of his, to the handling of negotiations & prompt reply to my million questions, he has been nothing short of amazing! He took interest in getting to know us, & what we where looking for - without pushing a sale. For this reason alone we recommend Jamie to all our friends & family! His knowledge and professionalism makes what could-be a stressful process - truly stress free! He gave us honest feedback and included us in all the steps along the way. He went above and beyond to fit us into his schedule. Jamie even took the time to contact us once we where settled into our home to ensure we where happy with our decision & wish us luck in our future! I wouldn't contact anyone else for buying/selling needs!

Jamie is the perfect real estate agent. You hear about the agent who just wants money well I am here to say that Jamie cares about his clients and guides them to make the correct decision. First couple of weeks I was emotional and not really thinking and seeing clearly on what being a homeowner means while raising a child alone. He helped me make a decision and taught me how to look at a home. Every message and pbone call was answered promptly and his availability was impressive. I have only positive things to say about Jamie and highly recommend him as an agent. Going to miss our house hunting....#1 in my books!

It's been a while since I purchased my house, but Jamie made a lasting impression and has been top of mind when I know of other friends or family in the market for a new home! When Jamie was helping me, I was at a difficult stage in my life and he was so accommodating, thorough, honest and sincere. He met every one of my needs and was great at communicating every step of the way! Even after the sale was complete, I continued to have questions about my new home and he was patient and always helpful. Because of my great experience with Jamie, I referred him to my sister and brother-in-law who also bought a house with Jamie's help as well as my Uncle. These are my close family members that I trusted in Jamie's hands and he met all of their needs as well. Since then, Jamie continues to keep in touch and I consider him a friend.
