We arrived from overseas and needed to find a rental home for my daughter a myself. Being new to the area, it took us some time to figure out what was available, at what price and what our priorities were. Janelle was a pleasure to work with, always friendly, quick to respond, and patient with us when we struggled to figure out what we wanted. Our lease will be ending next summer, and we may or may not remain in the area. If we do stay, we will definitely contact her again to find our next place.

Janelle Smith recently assisted my partner and I with finding our perfect rental home. We first met Janelle when we reached out regarding touring a rental home. Unfortunately after applying we were not selected as the tenants however, Janelle was determined to find the right home for us and offered her support to help us with our search. She spent countless hours finding different homes for us and took us on many tours. She assisted us with all our applications and gave great advice.
