We recently worked with Janet to list and sell our property in Thornbury Ontario. Selling properties can be very stressful during the best of times. Selling during a pandemic introduces exceptionally more stress due to all the unknowns. Janet was the calming voice in the storm. She guided us through the process and provided us with sound advice and reassurance when we needed it most. She is a compassionate and kind hearted individual who truly cares about her clients and their needs. We could not imagine going through this process without her by our side. She is also incredibly professional and gave us great ideas on how to set up the property for listing. The media package she put together for us (photos, video tour, 3D walk through) was top notch! We have shown this package to family and friends and they were blown away! I have no doubt that this is the reason we sold the property so quickly and at above asking. Janet was amazing overall. She listened to my wishes and wants of what I was looking for in Collingwood and was very patient. She actually helped me to focus my attention on what I really wanted when I was torn in my options. I was travelling in from Toronto and found her very accommodating to my schedule. Janet was an absolute joy to work with for the purchase of our resort home in Collingwood. It took us a while to figure out what type of home we wanted as our first ever “second” home, but as son as we knew what we wanted, Janet identified the perfect place in no time, negotiated an amazing deal and was professional and patient throughout , with compassion for the emotional side of home purchasing and offering excellent expertise and associates on all aspects of the process from finance to legal and home decor!
